About Siân

Siân Travis was born and raised in the UK. Graduating with a BSC in Business & Logistics, Siân started her working career in logistics for Dana Distribiton and Johnson and Johnson Medical. In 1997, she emigrating to the USA, launching a British creative branding company called ATTIK, opening their first NYC office. This is when Siân’s creative side was unleashed and her passion for photography ignited. 

After a few years of living in NYC, Siân moved to San Franscisco to expand the creative office there. Inspired by light and her surroundings, Siân began working with her first good SLR camera!  

In 2002 Siân moved to Canada and continued her photography journey. With no social platforms in those days, her shots stayed in boxes, got framed now and again or made into Christmas cards as gifts!!

In 2012 Siân moved back to NYC with her 12 & 13 year old daughters. This time around, she had more time to explore and had social media access to launch her photographic art. Siân’s passion was reborn and recognized. Today, she is selling prints of her creations. I hope you enjoy her work as much as she has enjoyed photographing it…
